Sales slowed down a lot!
I'm not sure if its just time of year or the fact I've been editing listings, prices and shipping etc. Just having a spruce up on the listings. I'm getting the odd sale but definately lower than normal.
Thank you

It's the time of year.
January (apart from certain exceptions), is guaranteed to be the quietest month of the year.
Everyone is spent up after Christmas, and generally doesn't have any spare money until Payday.

You will find that January people are in debt. They get pay early December some with bonus hence you would have notice a hike in sales around that time, they then spend all their money and left broke and forget that January is two month combine.

A lot chaps save up at this time of year, to buy jewelry for the mistress and a reconditioned vacuum cleaner for the wife, for Valentine's Day I'm afraid!

Historically I've found Jan to be my best month - I think previously people have used gift vouchers then? This year, not so much, though. Hopefully the interest rate reduction may have a positive impact.
I'm sure you know, but whenever you edit a listing, any field you change will be re-indexed by Amazon, so sales will fall for a few days afterwards.
It definitely feels slow, though!

January is usually very strong for us, but this year amazon have search suppressed our best sellers incorrectly for no main image even though they are all image compliant. Getting them to fix it looks like it is needing a miracle, 1 week in to seller support and no nearer to getting help.

It's slower than last month as predicted but it's not dead, cannot complain. I can complain about customers though, I have been plagued with irrational customers that buy the wrong thing and blame me. Maybe with the cold brains freeze...
Just now a refund because customer bought 'frankincense powder' but claimed it was defective because it was powder. She didn't want powder, shame that even the title says frankincense powder. Another one bought incense, asked for refund and again item defective because they couldn't eat it.
