Selling FBA, but Amazon is listing my product at a cheaper RRP?

Hello,

I am concerned about an issue I’ve noticed with our products on Amazon. Recently, we have been losing the buy box on 90% of our listings to Amazon, who is selling our products at a cheaper RRP.

We are currently only selling through FBA and I am confused as to where Amazon is sourcing our products from. My company has not sold any products directly to Amazon.

To address this issue, we have already disabled the “allow Amazon to sell my products globally” setting and are not selling through Vendor Central.

I would greatly appreciate any insight or advice from those who have dealt with a similar situation. I am unable to understand where Amazon is obtaining our products from.
