Amazon deactivated and restricted my account
In July-August I went in my home country and I couldn't check Amazon. They needed verification on what type of seller I am. I provided all the details but I didn't seem to get it right, and now they restricted my account and Amazon has told me to change my seller information to the right one but it won't let me change it as it is restricted. I tried many times in the past 2 months to contact Amazon and I can't find a phone number to talk to them in person. Also whenever I tried to email them, a Robot would respond and it would be the same message saying the case is closed because the account is deactivated yet Amazon is not helping me at all. They have the worst customer support I have ever seen and they are not willing to help. What can I do and how can I contact them? Can I get a call back from them. Please help me because I am unable to sell my products.
