Unable to re-schedule Amazon PLTL Pick Up

Unable to re-schedule Amazon Partnered Carrier LTL Pick Up from 03/11 to 04/01.

Had to reschedule due to delays.

Two Case IDs related to this matter

17385970011

17383589691

Contacted Seller Support but was told to create a new shipment.

It's very costly to re-label and re-palletize all 2,000 cartons.

Please help

Hi @Seller_FDLrkwkkzDz36,

I understand your concern about the cost of relabeling 2,000 cartons. Let me share what I found in the help documentation that might help with your LTL pickup rescheduling situation.

The help page Amazon Partnered Carrier program has a specific section about missed pickups. When a pickup doesn't happen as scheduled, they recommend submitting a "carrier missed pickup request" through this special support link.

When submitting the request, be sure to:

  • Mention "Partnered carrier delayed shipment pickup assistance"
  • Include your shipment ID
  • Include the assigned carrier
  • Include your estimated pickup date
  • Include the Amazon reference number from your bill of lading

This specialized support path might work better than the regular support channel you've already tried.

Just so you know, the help page mentions that "Shipments that aren't ready by the provided freight-ready date may be delayed, rescheduled, or charged additional carrier fees." But given the significant relabeling costs involved, I think it's worth trying the specialized carrier support team first.

Hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.
