My mistake in Pallet shipping

Hi all, I’ve made an embarrasing mistake.
I have my first shipment by pallet to LCY2.

The mistake that I’ve made is as follows:
-I’ve sent in 80pcs of product A (what I wanted to ship)
-But I’ve selected another variation (B) when I made the shipping plan.

So they expect to receive 80pcs of product B, but they will receive 80pcs of product A in the fulfillment center.

What should I do?

You can’t add new products to a plan that’s already shipped but I’m pretty sure you can change to quantities. If you didn’t have product B on your plan at all you’ll just have to wait for it to get scanned in then you’ll get the inevitable telling off for sending in unexpected items. It’s just a case of clicking “OK, I’m sorry. I won’t do it again”

Too late to change the shipment now obviously. You Should probably open a case and try to explain what happened, if only to start an audit trail when FBA misplaces your units.

Were the products co-mingled or FNSKU labelled? The FC might not notice if you have put the wrong labels on, and you could get the backlash for weeks and negative reviews. If the barcodes are ok, as B_MCGUIRE said, you will just get in a telling off.

That said, good luck and hope it goes well. Let us all know what happens.

DHL has delivered the pallet in 25.05.
I know this because I asked DHL about the delivery.
The tracking doesn’t show that the shipment is delivered.

Also the items aren’t received yet.

How long does it take usually for LCY2 to go through a pallet-delivery?

Everything went absolutely OK!
The items were processed correctly even though I made the mistake when selecting the asin.

Now let’s see if it sells :wink:

You can’t add new products to a plan that’s already shipped but I’m pretty sure you can change to quantities. If you didn’t have product B on your plan at all you’ll just have to wait for it to get scanned in then you’ll get the inevitable telling off for sending in unexpected items.
