"Update country of origin for CA MP"
Finally got the FALSE sanctions violations removed from 8/9 products (by providing Certificate of Origin).
One listing is still not reactivated and the seller "support" entity keeps repeating the same thing: "Kindly update country of origin details in CA MP as ASIN is shared in both US & CA MP"
But Country of origin is listed correctly on the Product Details page AND the ASIN does not exist in the CA MP. I've sent this same screenshot 3 times and they won't give me any additional information - just keep repeating that it DOES exist and that I have to change the COO for that MP. How do I fix this?
