Restricted Products Removal
Hello,
Approximately 10 days ago I received an email deleting restricted products in one of my publications because my product did not comply with the labeling suggested by the FDA, which indicates that all products sold in the United States must be labeled in English.
I prepared my appeal by following all the steps that Amazon recommended, where all the labeling of the box on its six (6) sides was in English, as well as the chemical composition of the product was also expressed in English.
Despite having carried out all the steps that Amazon indicated, my listing was not reactivated and this is affecting my seller account since I am about to have my account closed.
Please any moderator who can help me solve this problem, open a case number 15583413531.

Thank you for the information provided regarding your issue with the product. I did review the case and do see where our team has appeared to reinstate the ASIN. Can you confirm if you are still seeing this issue or if it has been resolved?
