Can a Mod please help. Shipment FBA18WDDM3N9 was "closed and confirmed" with 110 units... Only 100 units even fit in a box and the system won't even let me open a ticket on it. I packed it myself, as I have for the last 9 years, and FBA won't even accept a reconciliation request. About one in three boxes I send them are miscounted. It's insane.
