Amazon Support Phone Call Option

Does anyone have any luck ever with Seller Support via phone call? I've called 10+ times over the last couple of weeks and EVERY SINGLE TIME get either 1) no one answering on the other end at all, followed by a hang up or 2) someone helps for a couple minutes but ultimately the call "drops" or is "disconnected". Very frustrating.

I can see there are many other similar discussions/threads about this but they're locked now. Why does Amazon lock these??
