someone please help!!

After getting scammed by a vendor and having to place multiple removal orders I tried to close my account because FBA is not the kind of business model I would like to pursue.Amazon will not allow me to do so, they keep charging me fees for something I am not even aware of. I asked customer service to help disable any settings that would charge fees but Seller Customer Service is woefully incompetent. There is a considerable language barrier as most of those people a. have a thick accent b. do not speak fluent English c. terrible at their job. I have filed BBB complaint but it led to nowhere.

Amazon keeps ripping me off and cant explain even half of the fees they are charging. I had $600 worth in sales. With all the fees it's now about 400. After 90 days that I have to wait to close my account it will be zero dollars zero cents. I have no idea what to do now. Someone please help!!

Do you still have items at Amazon in their warehouses? If you do they may be charging you storage fees. Their statement about not charging while a removal order is in place is poorly written at best.

When you say you were scammed by a vendor what did they do to you? Is your account suspended as a result?
