Amazon created a new case and hasn't responded back to my original case

I created a case almost a year ago and have been going back and forth with Amazon. Amazon 2 weeks ago created a new case and stopped responding back to my original case, that has all my messages with Amazon over the past almost year. How do I get amazon to respond back to the case? It's been almost 2 weeks. This is for case ID: 14189809751

After carefully researching the case ID described above, I noticed that the case is active, and Amazon's last response was on July 29th, 2024. Is that accurate? Sometimes it takes a while for them to get back to you due to processing and reviews. Please be patient, and if you wish to keep the case open, respond within 5 days.
