USPS Issues - customers are saying packages are not delivered
I have had a lot of orders recently where customers are messaging us asking where their package is.
Almost all of the tracking details from USPS say "Delivered, Left With Individual" or " Delivered, In/At Mailbox"
What am I supposed to do? How do i stop the incoming A-Z Claims or inquiries from customers asking where their package in?

I have the same problem on Ebay lately. Evidently someone is selling courses on how to make a claim even when thn tracking says "delivered."
