Please help me understand how ONE shipment delivered late by USPS out of 12 shipments fulfilled by seller in the last 30 days equates to an on-time delivery rate of 50%? 11 out of 12 shipments have been delivered on time. My math makes the delivery rate over 90%.
What is the date range that this is calculated?

Thank you for taking the time to connect with us via the Forums. I can understand how frustrating it can be when trying to understand the ODTR metric.
I will try and provide some general guidance. For greater detail concerning your specific situation, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. With that information and the help from an internal team, I am able to research in greater detail.
ODTR is based on a 14 day window, this may be why you were seeing the 50%. Did you run the report when you viewed the metric of 50%? That would have showed you the orders being used to calculate the metric.
You may view this information from the Account Health Page. When on the Account Health Page, click on the blue words, On-Time Delivery Rate.
From this window, right side of that window will give you the Time Window.: 14 days. This is also the area you would access the report.

The calculation isn't based on shipments. It's based on the number of items. So, if 11 out 12 orders had one item per order and were all delivered on time, and the 12th had 10 items and was late, your OTDR will be 47%.
