I am a new seller but having issues with returns & safe-t claims.
I am also issues with my returns. The buyer called "Priti Singh" from Baruni, Bihar is placing replacing orders multiple times and sending me plastic taps, curtain rails (1 feet) instead of branded Cera products worth thousands.
Forget about compensation, Amazon is rather charging me with their fees etc. I already lost lot of money only for shipping & packaging for the 4 replacement orders she has placed. They do not even return the value of the product. What's the point of EasyShip then?
Cera brass products are of good weight and easily we understood that it is fraud before even opening it. So we took video and also opened it infront of the Amazon EasyShip guy. Seller support asked to receive it and file a safe-t claim but it is the worst. Amazon has not taken any action against the buyer till now.
Even yesterday I had another package returned which is packed in a transparent polythene cover. So, you can easily see that it is not the product which should be coming to me.
Question is the Amazon delivery guy who picks the parcel (return), don't they verify whether it is the same product or not?
I think Amazon themselves are doing this fraud to make money.
