Assign deposit methods

I have been trying to add a new deposit method to my account for two weeks. Whenever I go to "Deposit Methods" and "Add new deposit method" , it asks for an approval via notification to my mobile number. However, I am not receiving any notification on my mobile and link for it.

Method that worked for me:

Remove phone number and use email to approve the notification:

Go to amazon.com, log into your Amazon account, remove your phone number(disable 2FA/Two-Factor Authentication if needed), retry adding deposit method. When signing in to Seller Central, Amazon is going to ask for an OTP to your phone number for Verification(this shall also be used as your 2FA Phone number, and your Primary Phone number remains as blank) which is normal, add the deposit method and approve the access notification through your Gmail address.

Please try the following only if it does not work:

1) Verify Phone Number is accurate.

2) Wait, and keep trying.

3) Adjust spam settings if needed. Check messages sent to "Block and Spam", messages can be automatically filtered as Spam.

4) Contact your carrier to see if there are restrictions on line blocking the approval notifications.

5) Reach out to customer service by opening a case to explore alternative verification options.
