Not Deleting Listings

Is anyone else have issues with listings?

I am deleted listings for products that I no longer have stock of, then the next day the crappy Amazon system has relisted them back in my inventory, anyone else finding this?

Then I'm getting orders for stock that I don't have, I'm having to cancel orders which is crucifying my metrics, I can't possibly be on my own with this, anyone else experiencing this please?

Hi @Seller_U7E47r8lMqZBk,

Instead of deleting them, try:

  • Set your quantity to 0
  • Close the listing using the "Close Listing" option
  • Archive the listing if you don't plan to sell it again

Check your inventory feed settings:

  • Make sure you don't have any automated inventory updates running
  • Review any third-party tools that might be syncing with your inventory
  • Verify your inventory settings in Seller Central
