My aacount has been deactivate the said they are unable to veryfy account payment method , first the requsted bank stament i subbimted then ask for bank letter i did the say no stamp i went to the bank the stamp the letter i subbmited still they say they can not verify the they ask me to appeal and give me step instuction but there is no option of appeal it take same place to subbmit new information , i requested a call the same thing i should follow the email instruction which i do not have option please any advice or email i can contact direct please .
