Account Health and Articial Intelligence (Rogue AI)

Just an observation, but Amazon appears to be using AI in account health; this makes sense they would do this (save time, money, spots trends early, ....) but with the track record of Amazon algorithms (their programs are notoriously bad- see Fair Pricing Bot for great example), this seems like a really bad idea. Combine that with the unwillingness of Seller Support and the Account Health people to question the rogue AI, you have an enormous problem.

- You get suspended because the Account Health AI thinks you did something wrong; NO performance notification, no obvious trail (feedback, review, return, ....) to follow, and infraction is not divulged to you (kept internal for proprietary reasons).

- Account Health Team refuses to question AI; even it if is obvious and you have supporting data (like invoices or a letter of authorization), it is easier and safer for them to question your documents than the AI decision. It is in the Account Health's teams best interest to keep you suspended, with no acceptability for their decision their jobs would be safer by keeping you suspended then letting you back on to potentially commit another crime.

-You literally have no path for appeal and a thriving Amazon business is done.

I have seen and heard dozens of suspensions that appear to follow this path for very large accounts in the last year; do a quick search of forums for "Goodbye Amazon" or "I am Done" to see the numbers. Think you are safe, think again; this place was always hard but I felt manageable, now it looks hopelessly dangerous.

I literally wake up every morning with a pit in my stomach; just curious if anyone else sees this as a problem?
