Off topic negative reviews issues

About a month ago, just two days after receiving the "Amazon's Choice" badge, we received an off-topic 1-star review. I wanted to start this thread to connect with other sellers who might be experiencing similar issues. Now, I understand that constructive criticism is part of the process, and I am always willing to improve, but this situation is different. The review in question wasn’t based on any real issues with the product itself. Instead, the customer complained about their pet's anxiety and not liking the product and mentioned she was unaware that assembly was required—despite this detail being clearly stated throughout the listing.
As a new seller, it’s frustrating to deal with these kinds of misleading reviews. After checking the reviewer’s profile, I have reason to believe it’s fake, and I can’t understand how such accounts are allowed by Amazon. I appreciate that Amazon prioritizes customer satisfaction, but this should apply to genuine buyers, not fake accounts or scammers. In situations like this, sellers deserve a thorough and fair investigation. Amazon should consider implementing more seller-friendly policies, particularly making it easier to remove off-topic reviews. For new sellers, it can be extremely challenging to recover from negative or irrelevant feedback, especially when they have fewer than 10 reviews. Simplifying this process would greatly benefit those trying to establish themselves on the platform.
@Joey_Amazon , you asked me to provide the order ID, which I’ve done here, so I hope you’ll be able to review the case and the customer’s profile. We opened a case regarding this issue a month ago, but no action has been taken so far.

This is Roberto. Thank you for using the Forums, I acknowledge that receiving a negative review is particularly challenging, I have read the review in question and I understand your position, but the comments do provide information about your product and the overall experience.
We encourage our buyers to give their honest opinions on the products they purchase, whether positive or negative, about the products sold on our site. Product reviews can only be removed if they violate our Community Guidelines.
I've looked into the case you reported, and I just wanted to mention that our Support team is unable to request removal or influence Product reviews. If you have already reported the review using the report feature from the detail page, you can use the email [community-help@amazon.com] to send your request.
In addition to that, I have forwarded a request for investigation on the review in question. Due to the nature of the request, we will not likely receive a response. Actions will only be taken if the review goes against our guidelines.
