Safe-T claims not accepting .JPG

In the new Safe-t claim interface when you try to upload a .JPG it says that file type is not allowed. But it clearly says that it accepts .jpg

I have learned from another seller on this board that the issue is that .JPG is capitalized and the amazon interface is not accepting capital letter .JPG

This seems like a bug that would be easily addressed by coding team. Can some mod help relay this information?

Hi Harrisvir - try lowercase ".jpg" when saving the file. Let me know if that works.

Make sure the file size is under 2mb. Above this size is an issue.

The reason is the file name not the file type.

Try uploading it with a file name that only includes letters such as "photo".

It will likely work. It is a design feature / bug from Amazon.
