Lost an A-Z Claim (not received) with Amazon Buy Shipping, please help review and escalate
Order number = 114-7780013-0981015
The shipping label was purchased from Amazon. The package's first scan met the ship-by date (Mar 17)
The tracking number shows that the package was bounced, but as of today (May 7), it has never come back to us. The package is likely lost, as the tracking stopped updating a month ago.
The buyer filed an A-Z claim for "not received." Amazon has sided with the buyer and debited the amount from our account.
This order should be claim-protected for a "not received" case since we meet the policy requirement, and we should be reimbursed for this refund. @mods, please help review and escalate. Thank you.

When we use Amazon's buy shipping and ship out the package in time, shouldn't this shipment be protected by Amazon's policy if it is lost on the way?

Amazon's A-Z claims dept has become a lost cause, and are completely useless for sellers. The buyer can literally say they received the correct item, but Amazon still won't help fix the A-Z claim.
