verification messages not being recieved to mobile device
Hi Jessica,
we are not recieving verification messages to our mobile telephone. We do recieve OTP messages however, not the verification messages. This is despite the mobile phone being entered correctly on our account settings. This is incredibly frustrating as we need to verify via mobile message in order for us to update / assign our payment method etc. Has been going on now for a week and am having trouble getting in touch with Amazon contact center. Keep sending requests for calls and guess what...no one is calling us to assist.
