I Cant Create New Shipment
Hello,
Trying to solve this issue for months now.
"Shipment creation has been temporarily deactivated. Your ability to create shipments has been temporarily deactivated. For more information, go to your Case log."
I talked to over a dozen Amazon Associates and all they can say is they are escalating it to the internal team.
Please help. I need to know what is the issue so I can provide the solution.

Have you received any communication or performance notifications requesting documents or that you complete an in person verification of your supply chain? If so can you post your notice here so I can look further into the situation and offer guidance?
