Keep Getting Error 8572

I keep getting error code 8572. I gave seller support all the information they needed about my UPC code and I get the same response over and over again, I have provided the GS1 certificate so many times of proof that I'm associated with the UPC, and I bought it from the official GS1 US site.It has been about 23 days since creating the first listing.

1. The brand was approved.

2. The details on the GS1 were correct and linked to my brand. The approved brand was written exactly as on my GS1 US GTIN certificate.

3. The interval between the UPC purchase and the listing was more than 72 hours.

4. I have created and deleted the listing several times, and the same error 8572 keeps popping up.
