How long will it take for the ODR to return to normal?

How long will it take for the ODR to return to normal? Is the window period 60 days randomly selected or 60 days rolling calculated? It has been more than a month since I stopped selling my products in the UK and things have not returned to normal. I am very sad.

If you go onto the odr rate it will show you the 60 days taken into account on the odr rate, however most of the defectives go on earlier than these dates and come off earlier.

Hello @xingyuetongxue

This is Art from Amazon to assist you.

I’ve reviewed your post and understood that you need assistance with the Order defect rate.

Order defect rate is calculated over a period of 60 days representing the percentage of orders with one or more indicators of poor customer service. That means, once the 60 days cycle displaying under your account health dashboard completes then the metrics will be automatically refreshed.

In order to meet customer expectations, we require you to maintain an order defect rate under 1%. Order defect rate above 1% may lead to suspension of your selling privileges.

Please make sure that the orders you are shipping are timely delivered to the customers, if there is any delay make sure you communicate the same to the buyers through the buyer-seller messaging and keep them posted.

If the 60 day time window on your account for order defect rate has been completed and the metric has still not been refreshed then please raise a case with our seller support team by clicking on Help > Get Support > Selling on Amazon and describe your issue in detail.

To learn more about Order defect rate, please refer to our help page by clicking here.

If you need any further assistance, you can post here so that we or any of the sellers on forum can help you.

Regards,
Art.
