Amazon account deactivated for Identity Verification AU Account
Hello Sellers
Our small mistake or I must say a human error made our AU account deactivated. Our account deactivated on 14.08.2024 for identity verification.
2 times we submitted wrong identity document; we were supposed to submit identity document of shop representative of AU shop, but we submitted doc of beneficial owner of IN marketplace by thinking that our AU account is linked with IN account.
On 22.08.2024 we received notification that Amazon could not verify our identity documents, and our account will be deactivated, and we will not be eligible for sale on Amazon.
We submitted correct documents and requested Amazon to reconsider our case on human error grounds and reverify the identity documents, we are hoping Amazon will be kind enough to understand our situation.
Our 11 global accounts are deactivated because of AU account.
Please let us know if any other seller gone through of same situation and how Amazon considered? Do Amazon reconsider identity verification?
We request to Amazon Team to look into our matter and help.
