Featured Offer Percentage
My featured offer percentage has been destroyed. It was a steady 35% to 44% for three years or so. Now within a few days, it has fizzled down to 1% and has left me with virtually zero FBM sales in said time frame.
I am the lowest price by a significant amount on most items, yet the buy box is still given to others.
I haven't done anything wrong. I do not know what has happened and seller support can only say they cannot give me information pertaining to why the buy box is what it is.
Can someone please offer some help? Perhaps an admin can PLEASE help me out. I feel so destroyed.
