Replacement item sent, original item never returned
Hi, I received a replacement request a month ago which I fulfilled. The original item was never returned, what do I do from here? So now they have received 2 of our inventory but we have only been paid for one. The return request shows a usps tracking # but usps tracking just shows "pre shipment awaiting item"
Icing on the cake they left a negative review stating we sent them the wrong item and had not been willing to help, we had not even had any correspondence from this buyer before so I was very confused by that.

The question is, if the buyer received the wrong item, why would they want another of the same thing? Wait, I know!
All joking aside, Amazon should automatically reimburse you if the original item is never returned. I think it's around 40 days or such. Someone may come along and correct me on that.
As for the negative feedback (I'm assuming you meant seller feedback and not product review), all you can do is post a professional reply to the feedback stating the issue has been resolved and the buyer was sent a no charge replacement. That should prove to any future potential buyer that you not only were willing to help, you actually did.
