Ip Complaints
For the past week, i was hit with 2 Ip complaints from items over a year old. These items came from a legit source with invoices but a year later is crazy. Yes It was listed on the brands Asin and yes it was multiply sellers and no Ip complaint issues. There wasn't no impact to my health but come on. These brands need to stop because I bet most make their money off sellers buying their products on sell and just reselling on amazon.

This area is more nuanced than you are describing. I work directly with brands to manage thier marketplace precense and it is complicated and expensive for those brands. There are established distributor channels that are the majority of the brands revenue which demand require protection. Additionally brand level marketing is not cheap. Also the intellectual property is owned by the brand, any unauthorized use is theft.
These are just a few reasons why resellers get caught up in the infringment and authenticity complaints.

Not legit unless they are brand approved wholesale distributors and then you still need brand authorization to sell it on Amazon.
