How to report hijackers?

After several complaints, Amazon Seller Support has done nothing but send automated replies from no-reply email addresses.

Is there any way to get them to at least investigate sellers who list on branded product detail pages and sell somewhat similar items with no original packaging, no product logos, incorrect sizes, and incorrect colors?

  • I am Brand registered
  • Test buy done and photos taken, although none of the Amazon forms have the option to include attachments.

Since you mentioned you are enrolled in Brand Registry, are you reporting via the Report a Violation workflow on the Brand Registry site or via Report Abuse in Seller Central from the Account Health dashboard?

In the interim, I suggest reviewing the Intellectual property for rights owners help page. This page is pretty robust, but if you focus on the "WHAT information should be included in your report?" and the "Best practices," sections is the best place to get started.
