Submitted Documents for Identity Verification – No Response from Amazon
I received an email from Amazon on April 1st asking for identity verification documents, with a 3-day deadline. At that time, my account was marked as “at risk of deactivation,” but still active and receiving sales.
I submitted all the required documents the same day and got a confirmation message saying Amazon would respond within 2 business days. I waited 4 days, but heard nothing. I even called Account Health, and they told me no action was needed from my side.
Unfortunately, the next day, my account was deactivated—even though I followed all the steps on time. It’s been several days now and still no response from Amazon.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Any advice on what to do next? I’m really stuck here.

I do want to get you support, so I did reach out to another team to see about getting more information regarding your current status. As of now, it would appear there is an ongoing review into this, so I will continue to monitor closely.
