Copyright Image Misuse - Listing at risk of removal

In last 24 hours I received the email about violation -Copyright Image Misuse - Listing at risk of removal
I take pictures of my product and use them to list the item.
All my asin's have my own image and I am owner of images used in asin , description. My product are way different than other item in my industry .
Sent appeals . Few warnings coming every couple of hours.
I am sending appeal and getting same response.
Informations sent to department and we will get back you .
Tired of this.
Amazon system cant detect the difference and Sad if competitor filing report and trying to get my listing deleted .

can someone help me.
I replied to the team with unedited images of my products as a proof that images are mine and not stolen from any where .
If I have unedited images means I have physical product in my hand that means I have my own product which are different than other sellers.
Product detail page contain description which simply telling the use of product and measurement .
But as per amazon team my product detail page is also copyright .
I am tired of this .
Can someone please look into this .

You mention having provided the unedited images, have you received a response on this yet? Did you have anything else that shows your ownership over the images? If you have any case IDs or other type details to go along with these submissions, be sure to provide them so we can better assist.
