Your disbursements have been suspended.
Since January 15th, which marks a month today, we have experienced a freeze on our disbursements without any given reasons, effectively holding our funds hostage.
After a month of discussions , calls , e-mails etc etc still no funds have been released and no changes to this idiot banner on our account . We had an e-mail from AZ on the 8th of Feb and I quote :>>>>>>> Dear Seller, Good news! Your Selling on Amazon payment account has been activated. We've decided to halt product shipments to customers until a swift and definitive solution is found!........and we thought eBay was bad , what a joke !!!!

If you mean that you have orders but will not send them until this is resolved, this is a terrible move. It's the quickest way to get your account suspended.
If you mean that you have taken your items off sale, that's not so bad but the only person you are hurting is you. If your finances can stand it and if you don't know of a reason why Amazon will not release your funds, keep on selling is my advice.
EDIT - I've seen another thread from you where you confirmed that you are receiving orders but not sending them. This is a HUGE mistake. Do reconsider.

Is this because of the recent issue that many of us have gone through re. the place of establishment and VAT ? - . If so, many are now getting their disbursements released.

I think that eBay is nearly great compared to Amazon. Amazon is a constant headache.

We are literally 1 month into ours being held. We've supplied all the documents multiple times and now having to borrow money to pay employees.
Called the account health specialist and they are all useless. It's an absolute disgrace I am fuming, no idea how to get the funds released.
