Account Deactivated Out of the Blue
My Amazon seller account was suddenly deactivated for an item I sold nearly a year ago, and I'm seeking advice on what might be going on.
I’ve been selling on Amazon for 10 years with a solid track record, always purchasing inventory from reputable suppliers. When sourcing from liquidation outlets, I’ve followed Amazon’s guidelines by accurately listing items as used.
I’ve provided all the information they requested and have contacted Amazon's Account Health Representatives twice, but I’m still waiting for a resolution.
Is this long delay typical? Has anyone else experienced this lately? This has affected both my US and Canada accounts, and with Q4 around the corner, the timing couldn’t be worse—especially since I had my inventory prepared for Halloween.

You are responsible for every item you keep in your inventory, available quantity or not. How will you proof an item was authentic, if you didn't purchase it from the brand, or a brand approved distributor?
How do you know where your discount pallets came from? How will you proof it?

It looks to me like the Brand on that listing was changed? Power-A?
Your notice from Amazon indicates Microsoft X-box.
Wondering if this is a case of brand hijacking where the shady new brand owner of the page gets everyone kicked off for inauthenticity? Maybe I'm just missing something.
As to the timeframe, how long has it been since you supplied your info?
I was suspended years ago for an item sold 7 months prior. It was also this time of year. For over a month, I'd send in my info, no response for NINE DAYS, rejection, resubmit, ANOTHER 9 DAYS, rinse repeat again. I hope to god it's not that awful these days.

I understand that sellers are responsible for ensuring the authenticity of every item they list. For all of the distributor's I purchase from I always make sure they have LOA's and/or are authorized to sell the items. Regarding the liquidation inventory I also make sure it's from suppliers who have a clear manifest across all levels so every item can be tracked back to the source.
Regarding the sourcing documentation you obtain, in my experience liquidation manifests are typically bulk orders without an itemized list of products, making it almost impossible to verify the products in the manifest. Does your sourcing documentation include an full itemized list of the product verifying the association to the Microsoft Xbox brand? You mentioned being able to validate the supply chain, have you submitted the sourcing invoices and related supply chain verification so we can validate the products origin and how this supplier obtained it?
This supplier having a letter of authorization does make them an authorized distributor yes, but if we cannot validate their source of products, these invoices may not be acceptable per our invoice requirements.

I have looked over this ASIN, and this is "PowerA" branded product with their logo from creation. Were you intending to list a "PowerA" or Microsoft Xbox product? If you had only intended to list and sell a Microsoft Xbox controller, we may be trying to verify your originally intended product rather than the "PowerA" brand.
