Your late shipment rate does not meet our performance target of less than 4%
Hi
My account is 20 days old and I have been suspended with this message.
All deliveries (18) have been delivered but I did not upload tracking, or did so too late.
I am being asked how I can improve this and all I can really do is upload the tracking quicker (I will do it within 24 hours).
But I keep getting told this is not enough?
Any Ideas?

You must upload tracking as the same time/operation that you mark the item dispatched.

Not sure I understand this?? There is no obligation to upload tracking at all (although obviously its a good idea for various reasons!) so the fact you are uploading tracking late shouldn’t matter. Are you marking them as dispatched late too?
You must always mark them as dispatched within the timeframe even if you do not yet have tracking.

It means that you failed to confirm dispatch of your orders within the Expected Dispatch Date.
Now you will need to appeal.
Search the forum for “Late shipment rate POA”, once you write your own Plan of Action, post it here to get feedback.

Are you marking as dispatched when you ship the order? They must be marked as dispatched straight away, you cant mark as dispatched 3 days after you’ve shipped them. Amazon have a requirement to how quickly the items need to be sent.

It is clearly about not selecting dispatch within the time period, but other then doing it within the time period what can I do?

Welcome to Amazon! First thing you need to know is that Amazon is designed for buyers & not sellers. If you’re not ‘tracking’ your items then write “Standard” in the tracking box and mark them as sent as soon as possible. It’s not always easy if you have a full-time life alongside a little Amazon business. Also, watch your Messages closely: you won’t be notified that you’ve received one and if you’re doing this whilst mobile you won’t always tell. And the Amazonbots will get you for that too. Meanwhile, do your plan, follow that link as someone has recommended, and get yourself back on track. And remember that Amazon have no scruples - then you’ll get the idea! Good Luck

you really have to look at this from amazons point of view. all they see is data. data that you provide. if they see that the item was despatched 72 hours after the order came in then that is all they can see. they cant see you post the item or package it within the time unless you tell them

Hi
Yes I understand I was in the wrong (I should of uploaded tracking etc within 24 hours, which I will do now) but when I tell Amazon this they say it is not enough.
What else can I do?

have you phoned them or spoke to them on the online chat. i do know that if you choce the verification issues in the contact us section you get put through to someone in oreland which is always easier to communicate and get a resolution, for me at least.
