Several weeks ago, Amazon terminated most "old" promotions (of ours and other sellers) even though they promised to grandfather them in some months back.

I created a case, 14838325481, and am getting the run-around. After some back-and-forth, I was told that "older" promotions would no longer be accessible -- in this case, 2018 or before (for some inane reason that I'm sure is garbage). That's bad enough to have been lied to previously, but worse yet, they are literally not "accessible", meaning you can't edit, delete, or even VIEW them. So I have hundreds of items being discounted by Amazon with no ability to do anything about it. Seller support keeps telling me "a development team will delete your promotions" so I can start over, which would be the best solution at this point, yet no progress has been made after a couple of weeks, they are still there in limbo, inaccessible.

The only workaround is to do a purge and reload, changing all our SKU's, for example from L57122 to LX 57122. Then create new promotions using those new SKU's. I'd do this in a heartbeat but for one major issue -- all of our photographs associated with each listing would disappear, and it's a royal pain to add photographs to "used" listings now (max 1 per such listing). So this would waste tens of hours that I already spent adding photos.

Can a moderator push this some to get resolution?? As I said, I'm ok w/ the "promise" of deleting all my promotions and starting again IF that would actually happen. In the interim, I'm listing AND SELLING new inventory elsewhere until Amazon can fix this.
