Undefined - Power of Attorney
I’m currently selling in UK market as Sole proprietor, my Account was suspended due to some registration issues, now i have submitted correct documents to be reactivated, Now i came across a very weird situation, Amazon is asking for power of attorney to myself , as i have appointed myself as Legal-Rep of my account.
Can anyone help me regarding this issue, as i don’t need Power of attorney for Myself.

You need to send a UTR confirmation letter
If you are recently registered with hmrc , send them the welcome letter with it on
If not recent, they’ll accept this year’s notice to complete a tax return reminder letter

Just to confirm what The _Little_Shop said - it is a known anomaly that you are asked to use the button to upload a Power of Attorney - but just use that upload facility to load a letter from HMR&C with your UTR number on it and that should be accepted

Hi, I am having the same problem and I uploaded the letter from HMRC however, it again says that i need to verify my power of attorney so it seems as if this didn’t work. Any advice on what to do?

Under business and contact information, it says my store name and underneath that it says sole proprietor, along with buisness adress and email. Then under primary contact it is my name

I've had this today, in the email it says i need letters from HMRC / UTR etc but then on the website it says i need a power of attorney? Any more information on this at all
