Can i used helium 10 follow up email

i saw a follow up helium 10 video of 2020. does it still work, i mean does amazon allow seller use it for follow up email, does it go in line with amazon terms and conditions. i have finished writing it but i’m scared to use it.

I wouldn’t as Amazon’s rules have gotten very strict and there has been the occasional post from someone who has been suspended from sending proactive messages. That said, Amazon does permit the sending of messages to request a review or feedback and the rules are set out in the communication guidelines: (though elsewhere they do suggest using their internal “request a review” template rather than your own)
