I can't appeal for my suspended Amazon business account

i have registered my Amazon business account using apple's hidden email service and my account was suspended after an order. I need to appeal but this email doesn't support sending emails but it only receives emails. I couldn't explain this to the customer service associates so how can i change me email to the email i use and send appeal to Amazon?

Amazon wants TRANSPARENCY so they can find you.

I'm just going to guess that because you were trying to HIDE for some reason that Amazon is simply not going to trust you at this time.

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....

In order to submit an appeal you will need to login to your account. We can't send one on your behalf.

As for account access issues, I will start here - https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/help/contact-us? ; make sure to include the e-mail address you used for the login (not the apple one).

If that doesn't work, you can call Amazon Customer Service - 1-888-280-4331 and explain that you lost access to your Amazon account so that they can provide alternative options.

Let me know if you still need help after you try those two steps above,
