Its been 25 days that my case about missing warehouse inventory has not been attended
I keep asking for updates on the case and the only answer i got was after 20 days of providing invoice from the manufacturer and pictures of my inventory before I sent it to Amazon Fulfillment center. The said answer was literally a copy pasted text from 15 days prior asking me to send invoice of distributor, etc. ; Clearly the support staff who gave me this answer did not read the whole case and what it contained. This is ridiculous, I am now here 25 days after the opening of this case to ask for guidance because as of now I am desperate, I am out of ways to get this issue settled.

Following on your post. I just have a look on the case provided, I notice on the documentation provided on Jan 8,2025 still missing the following information:
- Date of the purchase
- Product names of the missing items
- Quantity purchased
The investigation cannot go further until full information requested is provided.
