Non-Uk establishment

If the director does not reside in the UK country doing business from another country and creates an LTD and registers as a VAT in the UK as well what will be the process how him to prove himself as the business is UK established because we have business documents to proof the things but in terms of primary information he is not reside in the country of UK because the seller account shows the identity that the person who is the director is not live in the UK to prove himself in the United Kingdom

Please confirm what should we do in the situation funds are hold due to unmet as UK established business if there is any solution please do let me know

I think you'll find the same responses apply as per your previous thread

Though you never did explain your specific scenarios that meant your UK business address met the 'Determination of "Establishment" for UK VAT'

Basically, does the LTD operate out of a physical address where taxable supplies can be received. If you are already registered for VAT your VAT certificate wlll state whether you are UK established or NETP. If our VAT certifixate says Incorprated with UK establishment then you sre definitely UK established for tax purposes. Amazon SHOULD accept this but it appears that they seem to think that they have the authority to make their own decision on UK establishment whereas the legislation does not confer this right on any OMP. The obligation of Amazon is to VERIFY if a seller is UK established and the obvious method if a seller is already VAT registered is to ask HMRC who are the only entity legally qualififed to define your establishment. It appears that AMazon's legal team cannot read and interpret simple legislation.
