New Seller Account Suspended
I deleted my seller account four months ago. Now, I've created a new seller account, but it's been suspended due to alleged association with another seller account. I've written an appeal and provided screenshots of the email confirming the deletion of my old account. I explained that I don't have any other seller accounts, but they're unable to verify my new account. What can I do now?

How did you do this? Do you any written confirmation from Amazon that it was closed?
If it was suspended or not fully verified, it wouldn't be fully closed, even if you asked them to close it.

You cannot just delete an account, it needs to be closed by Amazon, and only if it has been fully verified. Creating a new account, especially if using the same email, bank account etc will automatically be linked with your previous account.

It seems like your account’s has been deactivated as the team has identified that your account’s are linked to another account. There can be multiple reasons for your account being linked to another account.
Please identify the relation between your account and primary account.
Firstly, I would like to have a clarity on the deletion of the account, was the account as per the policies was it closed/terminated by the Amazon or the account was deactivated and as you are not using the account you are assuming it to be closed.
In this case I would recommend you to first try to have a deep dive research from your end to identify how your account might have got linked.
There can be many reasons for your account being linked to your another account i.e, using the same information that was used at the time of creation of your old and new account it can be the major cause.
We would request you to kindly share the performance notification that you have received from the team at the time of account deactivation, so that we can provide more insights on the same.
