Frustrated with Amazon Support: Manufacturer Name Update Still Unresolved After Multiple Attempts

I've been dealing with Amazon Seller Support for days now, trying to update the manufacturer name for my product, ASIN B0CKW6FB28, to the updated one. As the sole brand owner, I've provided all necessary documentation to prove my ownership. Despite following every instruction and providing all required information, the issue remains unresolved, and support has been utterly useless.

Summary of My Issue:

Brand Ownership Confirmation: I am the sole owner of the brand and have submitted all necessary documentation to Amazon.

Manufacturer Name Update: I need to change the manufacturer name for ASIN B0CKW6FB28.

Attempted Solution: Following support's advice, I updated the manufacturer name in the US marketplace. Despite being told it would reflect within 24 hours, the change has not appeared in the UK marketplace.

Current Problem: The option to update the manufacturer name in the UK is still greyed out. Support keeps ending chats on me without resolving the issue or providing a clear solution.

I’ve raised multiple cases and have been transferred between agents numerous times.

Every time I explain my situation, I am asked to wait while they investigate, only for the chat to be ended abruptly.

I was told to make changes from my US marketplace account, which I did. However, this has only partially resolved the issue, as the UK marketplace still shows the old manufacturer name.

Despite waiting the advised 24 hours, no changes have taken effect in the UK, and I’m back to square one.
