Returns on unique products claiming a product change. We have some products that have been returning with claims of lower quality or not being as good as before. I can assure you that they are the same. After 25 years, we know what we are doing. But these claims are always here on Amazon and not on our other channels.

I know this happens, but every time we get the return. The products are 1/2 used or check out just fine.

I'm just complaining here, but we take great care in how we produce our products and rarely get complaints. However, I find it ironic that they're all from our Amazon channel and not from any other.
