Newbie - bank account issue, accounting related

hey guys,

I’m a bit late to the game but would like to give it a go.

Long story short - I live in HK and want to sell Amazon US.

I have used a hk company and Amazon has verified it with no issue.

My question is regarding the bank account. I have a hk bank setup for the company already . It’s one the of the small banks here as the big banks are much stricter.

What is the best way to do the accounting?

As I understand there are 2 options.

Option A:

1. Use credit card for Amazon payment ( I can use my own personal CC as my company bank account doesn’t have one, small bank doesnt allow a CC)

2. Use my hk company account to receive money directly form amazon using their exchange, which i assume the rates will be quite poor.

3. Use hk company account directly to pay suppliers in china for better exchange rates and faster efficiency.

4. Accounting purposes - can use the hk bank account statements directly.

Option B:

1. Again, use my own personal CC for Amazon fees,

2. Use intermediary such as Payoneer, OFX etc, to directly receives payments form amazon in USD, for better rates.

3. Pay supplier in china from this intermediary (payoneer etc)

4. Receive monies into payoneer from Amazon and then at a later date, transfer back to my company hk bank account

****

Is there a more efficient way regarding option B?

In option B, how would the accounting documentation work? As mostly the financials would be in and out of payoneer and then only the hk account receiving a lump sum profit, if any, at the end. Would the accounting firm in hk have issues with documents from payoneer? Or do they only look at the hk registered bank account? What the best way to do it?

Thanks everyone.
