Proof of Compliance with Restricted Product policy

Hello,

our account was deactivated by Section 3, due to Restricted Product Policy violation.

What happend:

On 11.05 we receive notification that we have list an illegal drug, we immediately close and delete this ASIN.

2 months later we receive notification that we have to submit a PoA or our acc will be deactivated.

Then we prepare a PoA that was rejected, and 1 month later our acc was deactivated.

Following amazon instruction we submit 2-3 action plans and everytime they reject asking for PROOF OF COMPLIANCE.

Few days ago we succesfully remove Restricted policy violation from our AH. Amazon accept our documents but do not reactivate this ASIN BUT remove the violation from our account.

Then they ask for new PoA to reactivate our ACC and after we submit it, they again reject it asking for same PROOF OF COMPLIANCE with RESTRICTED POLICY violation.

We contact AH Specialist but they tell us that they cannot help us because different team will check the PoA.

Does anybody here know what kind of documents or explanation or what else is this Proof of compliance ?

Thank you in advance

Hello @Seller_po0RbQw2dXbPl,

I'm Sarah with Amazon.

Which is the status of your account now? Is it still deactivated?

Regarding ASIN reinstatement, you will need to check with Seller Support. Most likely, a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) is required, but only Seller Support can provide you with more specific details.

If you open a case with them and still do not find a resolution, please feel free to reach out to me again.

Kind regards,

Sarah.
