Saturday shipping settings
Hello everyone.
I set up my shipping settings and selected Saturday as a work day. Entered cut off time and latest pick up.
However, all orders are being pushed for Monday. I created 5 cases with Amazon seller support and obviosly only answer I'm getting is in regards of the delivery promise, not ship by date.
I'm attaching our cusrrent shipping settings.
Can you please advise why all orders which suppose to have ship by date on Saturday pushed for Monday?

If you have AHT & SSA setup it's possible Amazon is calculating your shipping times based on your past shipping history. If you do ship on Saturdays just ship your products you receive by your order cut off time on Saturday and eventually your AHT & SSA will catch up to your actual shipping times. I used to not ship on Saturdays and switched it on not long ago and my shipping times were still pushed to Mondays as well, but I ship everything on Saturday that comes in by the cutoff time. It will probably just take some time to average out so the system is no longer moving yours to Mondays.
