Amazon took a large chunk of withheld money as a expense, what to do?

I had a TRO (temporary restraining order) for a item I had listed back in 2022 that resulted in my account being suspended and my funds withheld. It took my until recently to settle the case with the party, and for them to let amazon know. Amazon soon after (within the month) had me on a call with their funds team verifying my ID and information to release the funds back to my account.

The problem was that they only sent me some of the money that was withheld, and under further investigation I see that they actually took most of this money as a expense in 2022 that did not get disbursed to me. When trying to get in contact with amazon I am just directed by their email to go to seller central, but on seller central it is just giving me the option to reinstate or appeal the reinstatement of my account, and no other options to discuss my issue. Is there a direct number or a proper email to contact to figure out where this money went?
