Product Removed Due to “Product and Food Safety Violation” – But It's a Battery (Case IDs: 17766114751 / 17766203201)
Hi everyone,
I’m hoping to get some guidance or support here.
We recently had one of our listings removed due to a Product and Food Safety Violation, but the item in question is not food-related at all — it’s a battery for a two-way radio.
This seems to be a misclassification, and we believe the product was prohibited by mistake. We’ve submitted inquiries under the following support case IDs: 17766114751 and 17766203201
So far, the responses we received stated that Amazon won’t review documents for this product. However, we would really appreciate if someone from Amazon could recheck the category or help point us in the right direction.
If anyone in the community has faced a similar issue or has advice on how to resolve this type of misclassification, I’d be very grateful for your input.
Thank you!

We have the same issue with our product, I don't know how to deal with this either. keep getting the copied response from the seller support rep, no hope to reinstate our listing, I feel.
