Cannot add my GTIN because of internal system information
Hi. I am attempting to add a product with my GTIN, but the system has some internal information that is preventing me from adding it.
I am doing this so I can merge this GTIN with my current listing which was created with a GTIN exemption. I now have this GTIN printed on my packaging and would like to scan it into FBA using the GTIN. The catalog team advised that the only way to add a GTIN to a listing that was created with a GTIN exemption is to create a new listing and then merge the two listings.
However, the system is not allowing me to create a listing with my GTIN. Here is the case ID: 14605050021

Michelle at Amazon here. I see that they were able to provide you with the issue for your listing not being able to be created in the case. If you have further issues after updating with a new SKU, please respond back to the case so they can investigate further. If you still have issues after they have helped you, please let me know.
